A presence that costs less than what it prevents
A single after-hours incident — stripped wire, stolen tools, a broken-in trailer, a tagged hoarding — easily costs more than a month of staffed coverage. Most construction theft is opportunistic; a marked patrol vehicle and a uniformed officer at the gate redirects that opportunity elsewhere. For larger sites, layered coverage (staffed gate + rover) eliminates the dead corners where theft tends to migrate.
GC-friendly procedures and paperwork
We know what your superintendent is going to ask for: a certificate of insurance the same day, signed shift reports for the project log, photographic documentation of any incident, and clean coordination with whatever sub-tier site-safety / fire-watch coverage you already have on the job. We do this every week and we don't need to be onboarded twice.
