About City Bay Security Services
City Bay Security Services was founded in 2009 on a straightforward belief: well-trained, well-supervised people prevent problems before they start. More than a decade later, that belief still drives everything we do.
We are a minority-owned security company, established and registered in the State of New York. We are MBE and SCA certified, and we perform every assignment in accordance with the highest professional standards — and in full compliance with all federal and New York State statutes, laws, and regulations, including the New York State Security Breach and Notification Act.
Our guards are Fire Guard and OSHA certified. They come from a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines, including off-duty, auxiliary, and retired police officers, certified security guards, and combined teams. That diversity of experience is a deliberate strength: it gives our clients flexibility and gives every assignment the right person for the job.
To respond efficiently and effectively to any situation, and to provide dependable security coverage daily, weekly, on weekends, and as needed — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We exist to make our clients safer, calmer, and more profitable.
What sets us apart isn't a slogan — it's structure. Every guard we deploy is backed by 24/7 office operations and close supervision from a multi-disciplinary management team. Our combined experience creates measurable value for clients: reduced insurance claims, lowered premiums, less pilferage, and decreased costs of doing business overall.
