Customized, In-House Training
We've developed customized in-house training for our guards, including sexual harassment training and conflict resolution strategies. Every new employee completes a comprehensive pre-assignment and annual in-service training program designed to prepare them to perform their duties professionally and efficiently — in full support of our mission and yours.

For each client, we develop a specific set of customized training guidelines for classroom and field orientation, created in concert with your designated representatives or administrators.
